The A Team consists of highly qualified tutors and Texas certified teachers. All of our tutors specialize in their specific content area and have (or are working towards) degrees from accredited colleges and universities.

Kendria Richburg

​Janelle has been a Texas educator for 10 years. She has a Masters of Education degree with a concentration in Curriculum and Instruction. She is also English as a Second Language (ESL) and Gifted and Talented (GT) certified. While Janelle is certified to teach grades K-6 her passion is in teaching writing.  Janelle is a published author with 3 novels and a children's book called Patience, Grasshopper available in area bookstores and on Amazon.com.  Janelle's greatest satisfaction is watching children succeed and fostering in them a love of learning.

​It is a privilege to serve as your tutor for the A Team. As a leader in my community and school I am proud to be a part of such an ecstatic life changing program. I am a graduate of Prairie View A&M University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies Ec-6. My college experience has helped me realize how important it is to keep our students on a path of knowledge allowing to achieve success to their highest potential.
